摘要
为了模拟锅炉燃烧过程中的气固两相流流动工况,更好地研究其流动特性及测试方法,设计了高温气固两相流风洞。确定了风洞的主要技术参数及其控制回路。重点介绍了风洞的结构设计,其中以收缩段和进料装置的设计最为关键,借助Fluent软件对颗粒运动轨迹进行了数值模拟。计算结果表明:该设计方案能够保证试验段气固两相流的均匀性和稳定性。
A wind tunnel has been designed for simulating the working condition of gas-solid two-phase boiler combustion processes so as to study the flow characteristics and work out reasonable test methods. parameters of the tunnel and its control loop components such as the contraction section and flows formed in Main technical are determined, with focus on the structural design, including key feeding on moving tracks of particles is carried out. Calculation device. By making use of Fluent software, numerical simulation results show that the design can guarantee evenness and stability of the two-phase flow section tested. Figs 3 and refs 9.
