摘要
湘江作为天然的纽带,将永州、衡阳、长沙、岳阳等历史文化名城有机地联系在一起。湘江流域历史文化名城目前存在着建设性破坏、场所特性消失等问题,这些问题有着深层次的原因。而实现名城保护与开发的协调发展具有重要的战略意义,城市经营、公众参与、区域合作、差别定位、旅游兴城等为湘江流域历史文化名城保护与开发提供了切实可行的战略思路。
As a natural link, Xiangjiang fiver combines the historic and cultural cities of Yongzhou, Hengyang, Changsha, Yueyang together. The historic and cultural cities in Xiangjiang fiver basin have problems of constructive breakage and place characteristic vanishing, and this problems have deep reasons. It has strategic significance to make preservation and exploitation harmonious for historic and cuhural city. Urban management, public participation, regional cooperation, different orientation, tourism development are possible strategies for preservation and exploitation of historic and cultural city.
