摘要
隔膜电解法制烧碱产生的石棉废水通常采用混凝沉降加过滤来去除石棉绒;也可用离心机分离回收方法进行处理,但目前未见有相关的介绍和报导,前者处理流程较长,操作程序较多,不易采用自动控制。我们采用了结构紧凑、进水浓度范围大、操作简单、易于实现自动控制的卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机处理石棉废水,取得了令人满意的效果,出水浓度达到国家和地方的排放标准。
The asbestos fiber in asbestos wastewater was usually removed by coagulation- filtration in the processing of producing caustic soda by membrane electrolysis. The separation recycling method of centrifuge may also deal with them but the correlation introduction and report had not seen at present. The former l^as longer treatment process, more operating process and it is not easy to use the automatic control. So, the horizontal discharge decanter centrifuges were used which had the advantages of compact conformation, bigger concentration range of water, simplicity of operation and automatic control. The effect is satisfied and the concentration of effluent can reach the standard of the national and local discharge.
