摘要 用高效液相色谱法测定三环唑原药质量分数,从波长选择、流动相配比和流量、试样量等进行方法探讨。本法精密度好,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.151%;准确度高,稳定性好,平均回收率为98%。本法操作简便、快捷。 The quantity of tricyclazole technical was mensurated efficiently with HPLC. The choice of wavelength, the liquidity match ratio, the flux and the sample quantum etc were discussed. This method can get a comparative precise result with the standard relative error just 0. 151%. And the method also had well stability, high reclaim ratio of 98 % and convenient operation. Key words:
