摘要
技术发明成果能否通过技术创新转化为现实的生产力,是一个文化选择的过程。西方社会自近代以来对技术创新的有意识的追求,形成了一种有利于技术创新的文化氛围,并在西方社会形成了一种技术创新文化,使技术创新文化成为社会文化的有机组成部分。从社会文化的视角研究技术创新,有助于通过技术创新的成果解读社会文化,也有助于通过社会文化解读技术创新活动。
Whether a technological invention can be translated into practical productivity via technological innovation is a process of cultural choice. Since modern times in western societies, the conscious pursuit of technological innovation has formed a cultural atmosphere in favor of technological innovation as well as a culture of technological innovation,which makes the culture of technological innovation an organic part of the social culture. The study of technological innovation in the perspective of social culture can help understand social culture through technological innovation and technological innovation through social culture.
