摘要
利用12对微卫星DNA标记对14个中外牛品种进行了遗传多样性分析,通过计算多态信息含量(PIC)、平均杂合度(H)、有效等位基因数(Ne)及聚类分析,评估各品种内遗传变异和各品种间遗传相关。结果表明,12个微卫星座位共检测到170个等位基因,Ne为1.194 7-11.175 2,H为0.618 9-0.782 9;12个位点均为高度多态位点,PIC为0.528 1-0.810 5。恩施黄牛与郧巴牛相聚,枣北牛与南阳牛相聚,然后二者聚为一类;湘西牛自成一类;郏县红牛与秦巴牛相聚,再与黄陂黄牛聚为一类;早胜牛与平陆山地牛聚为一类;安西牛自成一类;德国黄牛与西门塔尔牛相聚后,再与夏洛来牛聚为一类。
The genetic diversity of fourteen indigenous and foreign yellow cattle breeds was studied with twelve microsatellite markers. The paper calculated polymorphism information content (PIC), heterozygosity (H) ,effective number of alleles (Ne) ,Nei's genetic distance (DA) and UPGMA cluster analysis to estimate the genetic variability and the genetic correlation between the yellow cattle. The results are as follows :one hundred and seventy alleles have been detected at 12 microsatellite loci. No is between 1. 194 7 and 11. 175 2. The mean heterozygosity is between 0. 618 9 and 0. 782 9 and PIC between 0. 528 1 and 0. 810 5. The twelve loci are all the ones of high polymorphism. The cluster analysis is .Enshi Yellow Cattle and Yunba Cattle are in the same group,Zaobei and Nanyang Cattle are in the second group,and the two groups are combined into the first category ;Xiangxi Cattle is in the second category ;Jiaxian Red Cattle and Qinba Cattle are in one group which is united with Huangpo Yellow Cattle into the third category;Anxi Cattle is in the fourth category;and German Yellow and Simental are in the same group which is united with Charolais into the fifth category.
