摘要
本文介绍了一种采用单片机作为主控系统、便携的汽车继电器手动检测系统,通过对设计的分析,搭建了实验平台。使用这个平台对延迟时间、动作电压、释放电压和触点电压降进行了测试,并对实验结果做了分析。实验表明,该系统体积小、精度高,易于操作,有较好的实用价值。同时,针对实际的检测系统开发提供系统设计方案和对一些将要遇到的问题进行了分析,可以用作汽车继电器自动化生产线的辅助设备。
A manual detection system'for portable automobile relay useing a single chip micyoco embedded control system was introduced in this paper. Experiment platform that was used to test delay time, trip voltage, release voltage and contact voltage was established after strict analysis to the design requirements. The results indicate that this system is small, precise, easy to operate, and has considerable practical values. Systematic design schemes and solutions to problems which may encounter in future are offered for actual detection system. It can be used in auxiliary apparatus for automobile relay automation product line.
