摘要
介绍了变压器有载分接开关的切换过程和检测原理,基于该原理设计了变压器有载分接开关检测系统,阐述了上位机软件的设计,该软件以LabVIEW为平台,利用VISA技术实现了上位机与下位机的串口通信;通过LabVIEW的数据库工具包实现VI和ACCESS数据库的互连,管理大量历史数据;调用LabVIEW中的生成报告工具包,可直接生成Word格式的试验报告。最后给出了利用该系统检测出的几种有载分接开关的典型故障。
In this paper, switching process and detecting principle of OLTC are introduced. Based on this principle, the OLTC detecting system is designed. The host computer software for the detecting system of OLTC is presented in this paper. Based on LabVIEW and VISA technique, the serial communication between the host computer and the guest computer is achieved by the software. By using LABVIEW database toolkit, the interconnection between VI and ACCESS database is realized, and amounts of history data is managed. Using the generating report toolkit of LABVIEW, the test report of Word format can be generated directly. Finally, several kinds of typical faults of OLTC detected by this system are given.
