摘要
目的探讨健康教育对慢性肝炎患者自尊水平的影响。方法将60例慢性肝炎(肝硬化、慢性乙型肝炎)患者随机分为干预组和对照组,两组均进行常规药物治疗,同时对干预组进行系统健康教育,疗程4周,对照组实施简单的娱乐活动。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及自尊量表(SES)进行干预前后自身对照和两组相互对照。结果干预组实施健康教育后SAS、SDS评分明显减低,SES评分明显增高,与干预前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组干预后SAS、SDS、SES评分与对照组干预后相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育有助于改变慢性肝炎患者的自卑心理,消除焦虑、抑郁,增强自信心,提高自尊水平,改善临床疗效和生活质量。
Objective To study the influence of health education on level of self-respect of chronic hepatitis. Methods 60 chronic liverish patients were randomly divided randomly into study group and control group health education lasting for four weeks was added to the study group and the control group was treated by normal drug therapy white all of them were treated by western and Chinese medicine self-comparison and group-comparison were made by SAS SDS SES before and after health education. Results The scores of SAS, SDS, SES and prevalence of anxiety and depression were made in the study group before and after health education (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Health education is beneficial for chronic liverish patients to remit self-denigration and dissolve anxiety and depression and strengthen self-confidence and increase the level of self-respect and improve clinical effect.
