摘要
抗精子抗体能导致的免疫性不育,对抗精子抗体靶抗原的深入研究有助于揭示抗精子抗体与不育的因果关系.文章总结了近年来男性避孕疫苗研究方面所取得的成绩和存在的问题,为进一步开展避孕疫苗的研究工作奠定了基础.
Antisperm Antibodies can lead to immunologic infertility, and further research of the target antigens of antisperm antibodies will help to discover the cause and effect relationship of the antibodies to infertility. This paper summarizes the achievement and the problems in researching of mate contraceptive vaccine, so as to provide a foundation for future research of male contraception vaccine.
