摘要
为探讨成人直肠阴道瘘的手术方法，对35例直肠阴道瘘患者采用经阴道瘘管修补术治疗，术中分别修补直肠黏膜、直肠阴道隔和阴道黏膜。结果35例全部一期愈合，术后随访1～3年，无1例复发。结果表明，经阴道瘘管修补术具有手术视野清晰，易操作，不损伤会阴体和肛门括约肌，手术创伤小，复发率低等优点，是治疗成人直肠阴道瘘较为理想的术式。
For the objective of probing into surgical method author performed surgical therapy,i, e,fistula repair per vaginal for 35 patients with rectovaginal fistula and repaired rectal mucosa,rectovaginal septum and vaginal mucosa respectively. As a result,the 35 patients were all cured primaryly, received postoperative follow-up for 1-3 yr,which did find no recurrence case. These show that the procedure of fistula repair per vaginal has such advantages as good operation field,easy to perform,no injuries of corpus perineale and anal sphincter, much less trauma and lower recurrence rate, etc, thus it is an ideal procedure for adult rectovaginal fistula.
