摘要
目的对阿胶及次品、龟胶、鹿角胶及两种蜂王浆进行电泳鉴别:方法利用SDS—PAGE技术和IFE技术对各样品进行电泳鉴别:结果各样品蛋白质的SDS—PAGE图谱存在明显差异,并由此确定各样品特征的蛋白质分子量,而IFE图谱既可用于鉴别药材真伪,也可用于确定样品所含主要蛋白质的等电点(PI)。结论本法能为胶类蜂王浆等动物类药材的鉴别、生产储藏,提供定量参考依据。
Obj ective： This paper discerns the false, the genuine and the grade of ass-hide glue, tortoise- plastron glue, antler glue and royal jelly. Methods： A series of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was utilized. Results： There were distincted by SDS--PAGE in different glues and royal jelly. The molecular weights of the major proteins in glues and royal jelly were analyzed by SDS-- PAGE. Conclusion.. There are remarkable discrimination by IFE in samples of animal glues and Royal jelly. The isoelctric point of them are analyzed by IFE--PAGE.
