摘要 基于Pro/Engineer平台建立面向机械设计手册的通用三维标准件库系统,标准件库系统由参数化模型库、尺寸数据库和用户接口三部分组成.利用Pro/Engineer特征造型、参数化设计技术,创建联轴器通用模型样板,设计相应的参数关系式并建立族表,利用族表技术管理零件的尺寸系列,构造出模型实体库.根据国家标准中的尺寸表格形式设计出简洁清晰的尺寸数据库。定制可视化的、符合设计人员思维模式的用户界面以调用尺寸数据库和模型实体库,并利用Pro/Toolkit实现参数化模型的实例化,达到尺寸驱动的目的.本文所采用的方法是实现通用三维标准件库的良好途径. Mechanical design handbook oriented standard part library system of couplings is developed based on Pro/Engineer platform. The system consists of three elements, a parametric model database, a dimension database and a user interface. Taking advantage of feature based modeling and parametric design technology of Pro/Engineer, coupling model templates are created. After dimension-relations are constructed, family tables are built to manage part dimension series and construct a 3D model database. Dimension information is stored in a relational database for easy management and use. According to designers' thinking habit, a visual user interface is customized to make easy use of the dimension database and 3D model database. Parametric models are instantiated by dimension-driven modeling based on Pro/Toolkit. The approach adopted in this paper can be referred to realize other general purpose 3D standard part library systems.
