摘要
利用微卫星标记技术,分析4个微卫星座位多态性与皖系长毛兔1岁时产毛量之间的关系。结果表明:Sol33微卫星座位与1岁时产毛量呈显著相关,基因型为AD和BD个体1岁时产毛量与其他3种基因型个体间均存在显著差异。其他座位Sat4、Sat13和Sol44与皖系长毛兔1岁时产毛量相关不显著。
Using microsatellite marker technology, the relationships between polymorphism of microsatellite markers and wool yield at age of one year were studied in Wan line Angora rabbits. The results showed that the relationship was significant between So133 and wool yield (P〈0. 05). Wool yield of genotype AD and BD were significantly higher than that of other genotypes(P〈0. 05). The relationships were no significant between Sat4, Sat13, So144 and wool yield (P〉0. 05).
