摘要
观察不同强度运动对细胞凋亡的影响,为减少运动性损伤提供一定的实验依据.以32只健康雄性SD大鼠为研究对象,随机分成5个组,即安静对照组、中等强度运动组、大强度运动训练组、力竭运动组,通过流式细胞仪检测技术检测淋巴细胞凋亡的变化,同时观察与分析外周血浆SOD的活性与MDA的含量.研究结果表明力竭运动和大强度运动训练能诱导大鼠淋巴细胞过度凋亡增加,机体的抗氧化能力下降,机体的抗氧化能力下降可能是凋亡发生的机制之一.
Objectives-To observe effecting of different intensity sport on apoptosis in hepatocyte of rats , it offeres the ex- perimental basis for reducing movement damage. Research methods-regarded healthy male SD rats of 32 as the research objects, divided into four groups at randomly, namely quiet to contrast group , strength exhaust sport group , middle-intensity training group, large intensity training group, adopted flow cytometer detection technique to observe chang result in hepatocyte apoptosis phenomenon, The concentration of Superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured at the time. Result-strength exhaust sport and large intensity training can make hepatocyte apoptosis increase ; which might be the result of decreased antioxidative caoability of body after exercise.
