摘要
从产业全球化的视角,对企业竞争力的实践和理论缺失进行了分析,接着以企业盈利为导向,分析了企业执行力含义及其认识陷阱,构建了企业竞争力、企业执行力及其相关性的因素模型,并就两者的相关性进行了研究。
The article analyzes the shortcomings of the competence of corporation from the practice and the theory in the viewpoint of globalization industry, and then analyzes the pitfalls of the executing capacity from the oriental - profits of corporation. The paper also constructs the model of competence and the model of the executing capacity. The paper also analyzes the relativity between them.
