摘要
目的探讨舒利迭对Ⅲ-Ⅳ级慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺功能的治疗作用。方法病人40例,舒利迭50μg/250μg,1吸/次,2次/天,观察治疗前,治疗2周、4周后病人肺功能的改变。结果治疗前,治疗2周、4周后病人的肺功能比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒利迭吸入剂治疗Ⅲ-Ⅳ级病人能够明显改善病人肺功能,有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the treatment effect of Seretide accuhaler （mixture preparation of long acting β2 adrergic receptor atagonist and inhaled corticosteroid）on COPD patients in Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage. Methods 88 COPD patients in Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage were treated with seretide accuhaler TM 50/250 by accuhaler/diskus, 2 times per day, After 2 weeks and 4 weeks, lung functions were evaluated respectively before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the observed indexes were significantly improved（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Treatment with seretide accuhaler in COPD can improve, lung function in COPD patients in Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage. It has certain value on clinical application.
