摘要
研究了邻甲氧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(o-MDAA)、三乙醇胺(TFA)与银的显色反应。试验表明:在Triton N-101存在下及pH10.7~11.3的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲介质中,银和o-MDAA、三乙醇胺形成红色的三元配合物,其最大吸收波长550nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为9.80×104L·mo1-1。银量在0~4.5μg/10ml范围内符合比尔定律。试验了20余种共存离子的影响,与巯基棉分离富集技术结合,测定了人工合成样中的微量银,结果满意。
The Sensitive colour reaction of Ag+ with o-methoxybenzenediazoamnioazobenzene (o-MDAA) and trithanolamine is studied. It is shown that the red ternary complex is formeed in pH 10.7~11.3 Na2B4O7-NaO Hmedium and in the presence of triton N-101. The molar ratio of Ag+ to o-MDAA in the complex is 1:3. max of the complex is at 550 nm and the apparent molar apsorptivity is 9.80 × 104 L·mo1-1·cm-1 .Beer's Law is obeyed up to 4. 5μg/10ml for Ag+. The interference and its elimination are studied. This method is applied to determine trace ammounts of silver in a synthetic sample with satisfactory results.
