摘要
长三角区域行政的缺陷是:行政层级过多;条块行政,缺乏协调;过分突出政府行为,计划色彩很浓厚。长三角区域行政的创新:区域行政组织的创新和区域行政区划的创新两个方面。长三角区域行政研究的前景也是两个方面:行政发展模式和地方政府间关系的研究。
The limitations of the administration in Yangtze River Delta Region are as follows ： the overabundance of administrative classes, lack of cooperation and excessively using of government power; while the innovation of this regional administration lies in the innovation of administrative organizations and partitions. The research prospect of Yangtze River Delta Region＇s administration is the mode of administrative development and the relation of local governments.
