摘要
研究分别从全国9个蚕桑主产省区采集不同产地样品25份,研究其抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的主要组分如1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)、桑叶多糖、总生物碱含量与产地的关联性。结果发现:在采集样品涉及的地域范围,存在一个地理区域,约在北纬32°52′ ̄36°24′,年平均温度12.5 ̄14.5℃,1月份平均温度-3.1 ̄2.3℃,8月份平均温度25 ̄26.9℃,年平均降水量在626.8 ̄1031.1mm之间,其桑叶的桑叶多糖含量较高。但未发现DNJ含量与产地的关联性。研究还发现桑叶多糖及DNJ含量也与品种有关,陕西汉中的广东桑和山东蓬莱的鲁桑792含量较高。
Twenty five samples of Morus alba Leaves from nine provinces and different habitats in China were collected to investigate the correlation between different habitats and contents of functional components, including mulberry polysaccharides, total alkaloid and 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ), which are a-glycosidase inhibitors. The results indicated that the mulberry polysaccharide is much high in a certain geographical area with the latitude range 32°52'N to 36°24', annual average temperature range 12.5 to 14.5℃, average temperature in January range -3.1 to 2.3℃, average temperature in August range 25 to 26.9℃, annual average precipitation range 626.8 to 1031.1mm. But there are no clear correlation between DNJ content and habitats. Moreover, it is found that mulberry polysaccharide and DNJ content are related to the varieties of Morus alba. Var. Guangdong in Hanzhong, Shaanxi province and Var. Lu in Penglai, Shandong province have higher polysaccharide and DNJ content than others.
