摘要
从动力学和热力学两方面探讨了酸性气体在改性离子膜内的传递规律.作者首先提出了酸性气体在改性离子膜内的吸收等温线方程,然后在这一方程基础上,通过分析酸性气体在膜内的传质过程,进而从动力学角度建立了促进传质模型.在实验部分,测定了H2S在PFCA-EDA和PFCA-Na两种膜内的渗透动力学数据,并用该数据对上述传质模型作了验证.结果表明,改性离子膜对酸性气体具有明显的促进传质作用。
On the basis of kinetics and thermodynamics, mass transfer processes of acid gases in modified ion exchange membrane (MIEM) were studied. Firstly, sorption equilibrium equation was proposed to describe the behaviour of the gases in high pressure side (feed side) of membrane. And then, the facilitated mass transfer models were developed by analyzing the transient permeation process, which was based on the above sorption equation. In experiment part, the transient permeation data for H 2S through PFCA EDA membrane were reported at temperatures of 308 K and 338 K. The mass transfer model proposed here predicted the facilitation factors that were in good agreement with experimental values.
