摘要 空调房间和自然通风房间的热环境特性存在诸多不同,相应的热舒适要求也存在一定差别。本文针对西安地区居住建筑热环境特征,以实际居住建筑中的人体主观感觉为研究对象,伴随客观参数测量的问卷调查手段,以模糊评价方法给出居住建筑自然通风房间热感觉的模糊评判模型。针对居住建筑空调开启特性,根据住宅自然通风与空调临界转换条件,提出能耗修正系数以便对此类建筑的能耗进行正确科学的评价。 Heat circumstances' features existing varieties in the air- conditioning and naturally ventilated rooms, certain difference still emerge in the relevant heat comfort. The essay explored and researched human body's subjective sensation with inhabiting practically in buildings focus on Xi' an residential heating environment and accompanying questionnaire with objective parameter detection to work out fuzzy appraisal model on the dwelling building's heat comfort in the natural ventilating rooms. The essay proposed energy consumption revising index in accordance with inhabiting buildings' air - conditioner operative features and conversional terms to execute correct and scientific assessment on the energy consumption.
