摘要
首次用天然硅铝酸合成二异丙基萘,生产过程简单、无腐蚀和废水污染。在150℃下,丙烯与萘的摩尔比为2:1、催化剂用量8%、反应时间6h的条件下,二异丙基萘的单程收率为231%,单异丙基萘的单程收率为583%。
Natural SiO 2 Al 2O 3 was for the first time used as catalyst in the alkylation of naphthalene by propylene to yield diisopropylnaphthalene.The process was simple,lacking erosion and waste water pollution.The yield of diisopropylnaphthalene and monoisopropylnaphthalene was 23.1% and 58.1% respectively,when the consumption of catalyst was 8%,the molar ratio of propylene to naphthalene was 2∶1,the temperature was 150℃,and reaction time was 6 hours. \ \
