摘要
为自动、实时、准确、详细地获取企业物理环境的信息,提出了基于智能物件的实时企业的观点。给出了智能物件技术在制造企业中的应用场景,它不仅能够为企业已有的信息系统提供新的数据源,而且能够在一定程度上改进企业的业务流程。给出并详细描述了系统层次结构及需要研究的重点内容。指出基于事件的中间件是系统集成的关键,提出该中间件的体系结构并详细描述其功能,分析了应用中存在的问题。应用案例证明,该方案是切实有效的。
To automatically and accurately obtain the concrete physical world data in real-time circumstance, the idea of real-time enterprise based on smart items technologies (Radio Frequency IDentification(RFID), Wireless sensor networks) was put forward. The application scenarios of smart items in manufacturing enterprise were provided. It could not only provide new data sources for existing information systems, but also improve the business processes to some extent. The system hierarchy architecture and its key research trends were described in detail. The eventbased middleware was the critical to system integration. Hierarchy and functionalities of the middleware were analyzed in particular. The application in some enterprises showed that smart items technologies were effective to integrate the physical world with information system.
