摘要
为了营造更为舒适安全的环境,并为医疗管理提供科学的图表及数据,采用PLC、工控机实现了医院空调系统的监控。系统采用Profibus-DP网络实现了计算机工作站与各控制站进行通信,计算机工作站监控软件采用西门子Wincc组态软件。对于空调系统的主要参数—温度,采用对于时变、大滞后对象有较好的控制效果的广义预测控制算法,在稳态情况下温度控制误差不超过0.5℃。该系统使用方便、可靠性好、控制精度高。
To create more comfortable condition and provide scientific diagrams and data to medical management, the PLC and industrial control computer are used to implement the hospital air-condition monitor system. Profibus-DP net is used to implement the commtmication between computer station and control stations. Siemens Wincc is used as monitor software in this system. The generalized predictive controller, which is suitable for time varying and delay system, is used to control the main parameter i.e. temperature. As a result, the control error is less than 0. 5 ℃ under the stable situation. The monitor and control system has friendly interface, good reliability and high control precision.
