摘要
从资源依赖性和潜在冲突性角度入手,将组织间的关系分类,在此基础上把组织间关系的进化过程划分成4个阶段,建立了组织间关系进化模型,并且针对组织间关系的不同进化阶段提出企业的应对策略,为组织间关系管理提供理论指导。
From the angle of resource dependability and latent conflict ,this text divides inter-organizational relationship into four types. Basing on this,we divide the evolutional process into four stages,and set an evolutional model about inter-organizational relationship. Then according to the different evolutional stages,we bring forth some tactics that enterprise can adopt,which provide the theoretical suggestions for the evolution and development of inter-organizational relationsh4ip.
