摘要
简述天津港东突堤北侧改扩建集装箱码头工程在全国首次大规模采用轨道式集装箱龙门起重机(简称轨道桥)装卸工艺。通过开发PDS半自动系统,在堆场电子地图的支持下,实现了适合集装箱装卸作业的半自动操作方式。经测试完全达到生产作业要求。
It is expounded that the handling technology of rail container gantry crane was first adopted in large scale in China for the north side reconstruction and expansion project of East Pier, Tianjin Port. In order to fully play the advantages of crane, the semi-automatic operation mode adaptable to the container handling has been realized through developing the semi-operation system of PDS and with the support of electronic map in the yard. It is proved by the test that the semi-automatic operation mode can reach the requirements of operation.
