摘要
通过分析锚杆钻机的钻进信息与岩石物理力学性质的内在关系,选取相关钻进信息为识别岩层结构的特征参数,研制出新型顶板岩层结构探测仪。并利用小波分析和BP神经网络处理探测数据,识别所钻进的煤巷顶板岩层结构。通过神东矿区石圪台矿的工程实践,结果表明,新型煤巷顶板岩层结构探测仪能够连续实时采集探测数据,动态地对锚杆支护的岩层结构进行识别,能够满足现场支护设计需要,有效减少生产实践中的支护浪费和预防因支护不足引起的冒顶事故。
With the analysis on the internal relationship between the drilling information of the boher and the rock physic mechanism property, the paper selected related drilling information as the feature parameters of the identified rock structure and a new roof rock structure probe was developed. With the small wave analysis and PB nervous network to treat the probing data, the roof rock structure of the seam gateway drilled can be identified. After the practices in the Shijietai Mine of Shendong Mining Area, the results showed that the new roof rock structure probe of seam gateway could be continuously to select the probing data, could dynamically identify the rock structure of the roof belts, could meet the needs of the sit support design, could effectively reduce the support cost of coal production and prevent the roof failure accidents due to improper support.
