单极法运动诱发电位的测定方法

摘要 目的本文提出了利用常规肌电图机用电刺激器,采用单极法进行MEP测定的技术方法。方法单极法:刺激器采用英产MS-6型肌电图机用电刺激器,通过两个自制直径为1.5cm分离的圆盘状电极经皮对大脑皮质及脊髓进行单次超强刺激。结果单极法有49个肢体呈现为中枢性传导阻滞,阻滞率为40.83%。单极法有61个肢体呈现为中枢性传导阻滞和延迟,异常率为50.83%。结论通过测定及统计分析表明,该方法具有以下优点:(1)刺激量小,病人易接受。(2)无需专用刺激器,经济实用易于推广。(3)定位性能可靠。(4)通过单、双极两种方法的阻滞率和异常率比较,说明单极法更敏感,更易检出异常者。 Objective The article reported the technique method to the measurement of Motor evoked potential(MEP) by the monopole electrode make use of electricity stimulator of electromyography(EMG)machine. Methods Stimulator adopted the electricity stimulator of MS-6 EMG. Machine by the English produces, pass two self-made the dish form electrode of separate that diameters as 1.5cm to carry on the single and super-strong stimulate to the brain cortex and spinal cord through the skin. Results The monopole electrode method contain 49 limbs present to conduct block for the centrum. Block rate of MEP were 40. 83%. contain 61 limbs present to abnormality(conduct the block and delay for the centrum), the abnormality rate was 50. 83 %. Conclusions The measurement and statisticses the analysis indicate,that method has the following advantage: 1. It is small to stimulate the quantity,the patient accepts easily. 2. Did not need the appropriation stimulator, It is high to the economical and practical to be easy to the expansion. 3. Locate the function credibility. 4. It indicate the monopole electrode method more sensitive, easier to check an excrescent case by compare of rate of block and the abnormality rates to monopole electrode and di-pole electrode method.
