摘要
施工企业要想良好生存和发展,必须通过对项目施工成本控制来实现项目效益的最大化。但由于建筑产品的特殊性,项目施工成本控制存在诸多困难。借鉴产品质量控制PDCA循环原理探索项目成本控制PDCA循环理论,为项目施工成本控制提供1种理论方法,并简要介绍其在项目施工成本控制中的具体运用。
An electric power construction company must control cost to optimize its profits and to survive and develop normally. But there are many difficulties in controlling the cost due to the specialities of its products. It has provided a way theoretically to control cost of building projects to use the PDCA circulating principle for controlling relerence. The paper briefly guality of products as a introduces the concrete uoe of this method in controlling over cost of building projects.
