摘要
“整体性保护”概念基于广义的建筑遗产范畴,注重保护历史中心区的各种功能及社会结构的延续。上海市思南路47-48号街坊的复兴实践,运用了“整体性保护”概念,使历史建筑得到了很好的保护,恢复了街坊原有的居住功能,但在社会结构的延续方面留有遗憾。
The concept of ＂Integrated Conservation＂ falls in the category of architecture heritage in a broad sense which focuses on the preservation of various functions of the historical center and the continuity of the social structure. The renewal of Lot 47-48, Sinan Rd., Shanghai has applied the concept of ＂Integrated Conservation＂, making it possible to well preserve the historical buildings, restore the dwelling functions of the original lots but leaving some pity in the continuity of the social structure.
