摘要
从信息技术投资评估理论研究进展、信息技术的生产率悖论、信息技术投资分析的理论基础和方法三个方面,对近年来国内外对信息技术投资成本与收益分析的理论进行系统的文献综述,全面阐述国内外在信息技术投资成本与收益分析方面的研究进展。
Based on the wide reading of the literature of the domestic and overseas IT investment theory, this paper summarizes the theory of IT investment cost and benefit analysis from three aspects of IT investment evaluation theory research, the productivity disoblige of IT and the theory and methods of IT investment analysis as well, Furthermore, the paper makes all around introduction to the research progress of IT investment cost and benefit analysis at home and abroad.
