摘要
本文基于服务补救的内涵,分析了服务失误的不可避免性及服务补救的重要性,从系统角度提出了服务补救体系构成的基本框架,探讨了服务失误预警子系统、服务补救子系统、服务补救管理信息子系统、服务绩效管理子系统的作用机理,以提高服务补救体系效率。
This text analyses the ineluctability of service failure and importance of service recovery on the basis of essence of service recovery and puts forward the basic framework of service recovery system from systematic angel It also probes into operation mechanism of early warning subsystem of service failure, service recovery subsystem, management information subsystem of service recovery and service pedormance subsystem in order to improve efficiency of service recovery system.
