摘要
跨国公司对于产业集群的发展起着重要作用。本文在回顾已有研究的基础上,以广东省产业集群为实例,区分跨国公司参与产业集群的不同方式,主要从集群根植性和集群升级两个角度,按产业集群的发展初期和成熟时期两个阶段,运用生命周期、市场供求关系、增长极及价值链等相关理论,来讨论跨国公司对于产业集群所产生的诱因导向作用。
Multinational Companies are very important to the development of industrial cluster. Reviewed the current researches, we choose Guangdong Province as an example to study the inducement of Multinational Companies in the development of industrial cluster. From the perspective of cluster embeddedness and industrial clusters upgrading, we analysis it with lifecycle theory, value chain theory and growth - pole theory at two stages of the industrial cluster
