摘要
21世纪的核心是企业,企业的核心是人。企业间的竞争归根结底是人的竞争。中国加入WTO以后,对民营企业冲击最大的不是市场,不是产品,而是对人力资源体制的冲击。在这样的环境下,中国的民营企业要立于不败之地并大步地前进,就必须重视人力资源管理,正视自身人力资源管理的问题和误区,采取切实有效的解决办法,真正贯彻人本理念。本文通过分析我国民营企业人力资源管理的现状及普遍存在的典型问题,提出了优化民营企业人力资源管理的可操作性对策建议。
The center of the 21st century is enterprise and that of enterprises is human. The competition between enterprises is basically the competition of human. After China had acceded to the WTO, it is neither the market nor the product that deeply shaken the local enterprises, but the shock to the manpower resources management. Under sach an environment, if Chinese local enterprises are willing to gain consistent success and advance greatly, they must put a premium on manpower resources management, addressing its problems and mistakes, taking practical and effective measures and carrying on the conception of human, basic. Through describing the present situation of manpower resources management of our local enterprises and analyzing common end typical problems of it, this essay raises some operative suggestions to optimize it.
