摘要
扩大中等收入者比重,提高低收入者收入水平,是我国全面建设小康社会的重要目标。对如何掌握中等收入标准,不少学者提出了自己的观点。文章根据近年对城乡居民收入的调查结果和对本世纪前20年我国经济发展及人口增长的预测,提出和论证了这一标准应掌握在个人年收入1万元至4万元的观点。
Enlarge the group of middle level income, raise the level of low income people, is the key target for building our society. Different researchers have different opinions about the standard of middle level income. This passage bases on recent surveys about the income of residents and the forecast of economy development and population, raises and deduces the standard should be between 10 thousand and 40 thousand.
