摘要
自20世纪90年代以来,世界区域经济集团发展迅猛,与过去相比呈现出发展迅速、覆盖面广、内容广泛、形式与机制灵活、跨地区发展的新特点。引起这些新发展有其深刻的经济、政治原因,实质反映了世界经济、政治的多极化。
Since 1990s the world area economy groups have swiftly and violently developed; in comparison with the past, they have developed still more swiftly, area and the scope they cover are wide; their form and mechanism are vivid and they develop in trans - regional way. Such new developments caused have their own deep economic and political reasons, which in essence reflect the multi - polar political and economic changes of the world economy.
