摘要
目的:观察牵引对儿童寰枢关节旋转移位的疗效。方法:将28例确诊为儿童寰枢关节旋转移位者,以枕颌带牵引为主治疗。结果:治疗2～4周,22例患者全部治愈,6例随访3月后痊愈。寰枢关节旋转正常,无活动障碍或疼痛,X光片显示寰枢关节解剖位置正常。结论:采用牵引治疗儿童寰枢关节旋转移位疗效满意,患者易于接受。
Objective：To observe the curative effects of the atlantoepistrophic rotation displacement in children by means of traction management. Methods：Using Jaw-occipital belt traction for major treatment in 28 children being diagnosed the atlantoepistrophic rotation displacement. Results：22 cases were recovered in 2-4 weeks and others were also recovered in 3 months,and the atlanto-axial joints were in good conditions without handicap or pain. X ray indicated the anatomic location of atlantoaxial joints were proper： Conclusion：The effects of the treatment of atlantoepistrophic rotation displacement in children by means of the glission traction management are satisfied and the sufferers are prone to accept.
