摘要
在室温下制备介孔材料MCM-41,将稀土离子铕和半导体材料CdS组装到MCM-41孔道中,制得CdS/Eu-MCM-41复合介孔材料.采用X射线衍射、红外光谱、N2吸附脱附、紫外-可见漫反射和激发与发射光谱等技术对样品的结构性能进行表征.结果表明,复合材料CdS/Eu-MCM-41仍保持MCM-41的六方有序结构,并证明Eu3+和CdS组装到介孔孔道中.荧光光谱显示复合介孔材料发出荧光,并且在组装体中CdS的吸收边发生明显蓝移.
Mesoporous material MCM-41 was prepared at room temperature, then rare earth ion Eu and semiconductors CdS were assembled in the channel of MCM-41. The CdS/Eu-MCM-41 samples were characterized by XRD, FTIR, nitrogen adsorption, UV-Vis and fluorescence measurement. Results show that the CdS/Eu-MCM-41 samples possess the mesoporous MCM-41 structures with ordered hexagonal arrangement after Eu^3+ and CdS was assembled in the channel of MCM-41. In addition, an obvious blue shift was observed and the luminescence characteristics of the assembled CdS/Eu-MCM-41 were intensified.
