摘要
在造成汽车车身尺寸偏差的原因中,焊装夹具的定位元件磨损是最常见的也是较难发现的影响因素。加强夹具的监控对于提高车身尺寸稳定性有着重要的意义。红外线测量是从上世纪发展起来的一种全新的测量技术,本文介绍了利用红外线测量仪对工装夹具进行检测和维护的方法以及相关的理论和实例。
Based on the cause of deviation on Body's dimension, the worn out of welding fixture is the most usual and difficult effect to find out. Therefore enhanced the management of fixtures is the key to improve body's stability, The measurement by infrared is the new measurement technology since developed from last century, this paper describes the method of the infrared machine on fixture's measured and maintained with some actual example and theory,
