摘要
图书馆流通中的图书、非书资料等文献,由于乱架、损毁、被偷等多种因素导致未能在架上正常流通,给读者使用带来了诸多困惑与不便。该文简要介绍了国内外解决此问题的方法与存在的不足。“图书馆动态文献补失系统”的设计与实现提供了一个通过技术手段合理有效解决此问题的途径。
Due to the facts such as wrong shelving, damaging and stealing, part of the circulated library materials can＇t circulate as usual. This caused a lot of inconvenience and confusion for the library patron. This article introduced existing solutions of the problem and their shortcomings both in China and abroad. And then it puts forward the design and implementation of a library dynamic documents supplement system, which can solve the mentioned problem reasonably and effectively.
