摘要
肯定高校后勤社会化改革的成功主要在冲破了传统僵化的体制和观念,并不于从财政上把后勤部门分离出去和建立具有法人地位的后勤。对经济实力较弱的学校,它改革的方向目前主要是机制改革。
The success of logistics socialization transformation, which has been affirmed, is that the traditional and rigid system and sense have burnt in stead of that the logistics department is separated in finance and the legal logistics is set up. Up to the colleges or universities who are weak in eeonomic strength, the direction of this kind of transformation is mainly on the mechanism.
