摘要
从执行控制器的角度介绍了一种IPC和控制器之间基于串口的通讯协议,包括协议的数据格式和通信联络,重点描述了协议的实现,并给出了主要流程图和部分程序.本协议的优点是硬件连接简单、成本低,能够各自独立的进行IPC的人机界面和嵌入式系统的设计、实现.
Generally, IPC is used as man-machine mutual interface and embedded system composed of a microcontroller( or microprocessor) and external circuit, is used as executor and controller in CNC system. This paper introduces a communicate protocol based on serial port between IPC and the embedded system. The embedded system analysis data format and communication of this protocol, especially expatiates the implementation of protocol show mainly flow charts and parts of programs. The advantages of this protocol are simple hardware connection and cost low. The GUI in IPC and the embedded system can be designed and realized respectively.
