反相高效液相色谱法测定百合中两种酚酸甘油苷的含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的测定百合中酚酸甘油苷Regaloside C及Regaloside A的含量。方法色谱柱为A lltim a C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(27∶73)作为流动相,流速1.0 m l.m in-1,检测波长325 nm。结果百合鲜品中Regaloside C和Re-galoside A平均回收率分别为99.8%和97.4%,其RSD分别为0.67%和1.36%;干品中Regaloside C和Regaloside A平均回收率分别为100.6%和102.5%,其RSD分别为1.37%和1.16%。结论该方法快速,重现性和稳定性好,可用于百合中该物质的含量测定。 Objective To determine two phenolic glycosides, regaloside C and regaloside A in lily. Methods The separation was performed on a Alltima C18 column(4.6 mm ×250 mm ,5 μm). MeOH-H2O(27: 73)was used as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0ml · min ^-1. The detection wavelength was at 325nm. Results In fresh lily, the average recoveries of rcgaloside C and regaloside A were 99.8% ,97.4%, RSD were 0.67%, 1.36%, respectively. In dried lily, the average recoveries of regaloside C and regaloside A were 100.6% ,97.4% ,RSD were 1.37% ,1.16% ,respectively. Conclusion This method is accurate, rapid and reproducible, can be used to determine the phenolic glycosides in lily.
