摘要
混凝土结构温度变形性能在大体积混凝土及超长结构中非常重要,研究混凝土材料的温度变形性能有必要清楚其温度变形产生的本质。分析了引起混凝土材料温度变形的热量来源及其对工程结构的不利影响,探讨了不同物态物质的热传递机理及导热系数的主要影响因素,以便于研究水泥基材料温度变形的热传递机理。结合水泥基材料的三相组成特点,指出必须综合考虑传导、对流和辐射的热传递特点,并将之与统计学原理结合起来加以研究。
It is very important to study the thermal deformation occurring in mass concrete and its superlong structures, the cause of which must be made clear before studying the thermal performance of concrete. So the heat trandfer mechanism in cement - based - on materials is discussed in different ways. The heat source, which leads to thermal defprmtion of cement - based- on material, and the adverse effect to the engineering structure of the thermal deformation are analyzed in this paper. The heat transfer mechanism in the different states of matter, thermal conductivity and its contributory factors are also discussed here. Based on that the cement - based - on material is a three - phase composite, in can be concluded that the heat transfer must be studied in comprehensive combination of conduction, convection and radiation and combined further with the general theory of statistics.
