摘要
对交流侧采用普通晶闸管反并联实行调压的电阻性负载大功率三相桥式硅整流电源工作原理进行了讨论,得出系统移相控制范围为0<α≤120°,在全部调压范围内,变压器经历了三相/单相、两相/单相、单相/单相三种工作状态。并对变压器各状态下的电磁行为进行简要分析。在结论部分提出了相控交流调压系统“电流分析方法”的思路。随文附有实测示波图供读者对照分析,并期与关心此问题的同行共同讨论。
This essay discusses the operation principles of high current DC power source with the resistance load rectifier, whose voltage is controlled in the way that the thyristors paralleled opposing in the primary side of the transformer. Inferes that, the system's phases─control range is 0<α≤120°. In the whole limits of the voltage control, the transformer goes through the three working states: three─phase/one─ phase;diphase/one─phase; one─phase/one─phase. Through the analysis in brief of the electro magnetical action under every state of the transfomer, this essay discusses the thyristor's on─off state chart and the output wave feature of voltage control. In the conclusion part, the essay puts forward a train of thought about the voltage control system of phasing control : analysis method by current. There are oscillograms from the screen of OSC. in the essay for readers' contrast and analyses.
