摘要
在传统的一体式膜生物反应器(SMBR)中安装生物带将其改造成生物带-膜生物反应器(BMBR),BMBR所需启动时间较短,在运行5d后出水水质基本稳定.生物带上丰富的生物相、较强的吸附能力及所形成的厌氧-好氧交替微环境,导致出水水质较SMBR有所提高,COD、NH3-N、TN的去除效率分别由SMBR的81%、81%、30.1%提高至95%、88%、76%.但是由于剩余污泥零排放的运行方式,导致BMBR对TP的去除效果较差,在33%~37.5%之间.
Bio-band membrane hioreactor (BMBR) is formed by fixing a bio-band into a submerged membrane hioreactor (SMBR). Effluent from a BMBR becomes stable after 5 d. The qualities of the BMBR effluent were better than that of SMBR because of the favorable adsorption capability of bio-band and there are abundant microbe and alterntive anaerobic-aerobic areas in the bio-band. The COD, NH3-N and TN removal efficieneies of BMBR are increased from 81%、81%、30.1% to 95%、88%、76% respectively. The TP removal efficiency of BMBR is only 33%~37.5% because of no sludge let out from the reactor.
