摘要
观察了27例高血压病(PHT)、19例冠心病(CHD)患者和40例正常对照(NC)者血浆脂蛋白(a)(Lp(a))的水平,并分析了各组Lp(a)与其它脂类的相关性。结果显示,PHT组Lp(a)水平为240.5±122.4mg/L,CHD组为220.7±126.5mg/L,两组均显著高于NC组的166.5±76.1mg/L(分别为P<0.01和P<0.05,血浆Lp(a)与甘油三酯TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、载脂蛋白Al(Apoal)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)和AooAl/ApoB的比值之间均无显著相关性(P<0.05)。表明:Lp(a)可通过干扰脂质代谢和纤溶过程而发挥其致动脉粥样硬化(AS)作用,它是CHD的独立危险因子。Lp(a)可能在PHT的发生与发展过程中也起一定作用。
The levels of plasma lipoprotein(a)(Lp(a)),in 27 patients with hypertention,19 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and 40 normal controls were oberved,and its correlation with the level of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),apolipoprotein AI(ApoAI),apolipoprotein B(ApoB) and the value of ApoAI/ApoB were studied.The results showed that the plasma Lp(a)levels in patients with hypertention and CHD were 240.5 ± 122.4 mg/L and 220.7±126. 5 mg/L,both being significantly higher than that in normal controls which was 166.5 ± 76.1mg/L,(P<0.01 andP < 0.05,respectively).There was no signification correlation between Lp(a)and any other index observed(all P>0.05).It is considered that the possible channels through which Lp(a)exerts its atherogenic effect are disturbing the lipid metabolism in arterial walls and the fibrinolytic system,prompting the formation of microthrombus and atherosclerotic plaques.There might exist a certain relationship between Lp(a)and hypertention which needs further studies.The level of plasma Lp(a)does not change with other lipids and is an independent risk factor of CHD.
