摘要
陈箓于1915年10月至1917年5月任中国政府驻库伦办事大员,陈箓所做的工作,比较重要的有:与外蒙古官府交涉巴布扎布问题、完成民国总统册封哲布尊丹巴的程序、促成哲布尊丹巴派人前往北京拜见民国总统、与外蒙古官府达成中央政府在唐努乌梁海设立佐理专员的协议。
Chen Lu was appointed by the Chinese Government as the chief official in Kulun from Oct.1915 to May.1917.The important things Chen Lu did include:negotiation with Outer Mongolian Government over Babdjab issue,fulfillment of the conferment of the title Jibzündamba by the President of the Republic of China,promotion of the envoy sent by Jibzündamba to Beijing to pay a formal visit to the President and agreement with Outer Mongolian Government about the setup of Zuoli Zhuanyuan(associate commissioner)in Tannu Uriankhai by the Central Government of China.
