摘要
由汉字传输对误码的要求出发,结合我国信道网的实际状况,提出了以 RS 码为基础,有纵横纠错能力的二级保护方案。该码型编码效率高,对随机误码、群发误码和超长群发误码均有很好的纠正能力,并能对由帧码错带来的漏行进行补正。在解码器入口比特误码率为5×10^(-3)~11×10^(-3)的恶劣条件下,可保证0.99以上的收视正页率。文中对该码型的快速解码进行了研究。论证了两套优选参数,分别适合于发展专用单片解码电路和以通用单片机实现的解码电路。给出了约10ms/数据包的软件解码实现结果。
The Close investigation of the error correction requirements forChinese character transmission and the present status of naticnal transmission chan nels leadsto the proposal of a block coding scheme for free-format teletext system in china,which isbased on the Reed Solomon Code with vertical parity check added.This code has relativelyhigh coding efficiency,and possesses high error correcting capability towards random errors,burst errors as well as extra long burst erroes.Besides,it can supplement an corrected linefor line lost due to erroneous decoding of the frame-clode.It can offer an erroe free page rateof 99% at an input bit error rate as bad as 5x10^(-3) to 1.1xl0^(-2).Fast decoding of this code is also implemented.Two sets of optimized parameters for codingare suggested,one is suitable for the development of decoding ASIC,and the other is suitable fordecoding with general-purpose micro processors.An experimental result of software decodingwith a rate aboiut 10ms/data package is obtaind.
